This was a classic Elf on the shelf. Quality and durability that I expected. My kids really wanted a girl one as well. Make sure to read the book to understand background and how to use it. Fun kits are also available for parents to use for surprises in the morning and really show off the elf's personality. Easy to pose with the hands connected. Expensive for what it is, but comes with so much entertainment value.

Elf on the Shelf is such a fun family tradition, purchased a girl elf to be a friend to our boy elf. The elf itself is made well with quality materials, durable to be used for all kinds of mischievous adventures. We loved reading the book and naming her together (the kids named her "Chestnut"). It's a great way to get the kids engaging together, even the oldest (14) got a kick out of seeing what would come next and was a good sport in keeping the "spirit" alive :). There are also a lot of fun accessories that can be purchased to help in coming up with creative displays. Great purchase!

Super cute, nice quality. This elf has the normal face too, some of them seem to have wonky features but not this one. He is perfect size, correct colors and has cute little detail especially in his face. Cannot wait for next Christmas, when he arrives.
