Standard bait cups. work well.

I didn’t use as much bait using them as I did with bait bags.
They were great for crabbing and they attracted a lot of crabs and I would recommend them.

Top came loose
Was filled with chicken liver in a crab net, came unscrewed and all the bait came out. Was snug when I filled it. I would say check and tighten every time you check your nets/pots.
