I purchased 2 of these to use on a trip. First, the total travel time was 21 hours (including a 3 hour layover). I wanted the super high capacity because the place I was going was known for brown outs and black outs, and I would be there for 12 days. I charged them up before heading out. My plan was to charge these up when power was available, and be able to use these when it wasn't to charge my iPhone and Galaxy Tab. They performed great. I was able to charge the Galaxy tab 3 times from one charge on the PowerAdd as well as charging my iPhone a few times. I didn't even need to recharge the PowerAdds while on the trip. I used the second one for the iPhone a few times as well, and brought it home with at least half the charge left. I would recommend these to someone looking to charge a tablet and phone multiple times without being able to recharge the battery pack (of if you need to charge multiple tablets or phones). The two USB ports are convenient. The units are a bit heavy, but what do you expect for a 20800mAh battery? I retrospect, I could have done my trip with just one of these with the amount of power it stores.

I bought two of these after my first one was stolen. These are excellent. Holds a big charge and will charge lots of things between charges. To make it work properly, I suggest you charge it up before using it. It may take several hours. Then use it some, and charge it again. After that, you should be good to go. I keep this in my laptop bag and I use it a lot. It will hold a charge for a long time, too.If you travel in your car a lot, I would put one in your glove compartment in case you ever get stranded because you could charge a cell phone many times over with this monster.It's a bit heavy, but for heavy power users, this thing can't be beat.

I have been using this for about a month. The size is a bit bigger that I was hopping for (about as big as iphone 6+). Quality as describe, look for well made. I was able to charge few of my iphone and ipad with no issue. There is an LED light indicator when you have to recharge it again. The only thing I was expecting more is the cord is longer. This item has very short cord power to your devices or power outlet (about 6 inches long only). it comes with few different USB cables for different phone power connection.

Update: this is not the product i bought that is being shown,it was swapped in for the power bank that i originally bought./ Great product, like having a portable wall socket with you at all times. Can charge a phone​ at least 8 to 10 times or a phone and tablet together about 4 times before needing to recharge the pack. A must have for vacations​ or if traveling​ on business quite often.

This is a great external power bank. I have used this camping many times. What a life saver when you need a charge! I use this in conjunction with my USB solar charger. I run a USB LED light off of this thing as well as a USB fan. It charges my Galaxy S6 edge no problem and provides plenty of power for a couple of days (at least... depending on your usage/consumption.) Overall PowerAdd has impressed me with the quality of the product for the money.

Is product failed after just a couple of months of very light use. I tried contacting the company directly but it turned out that their website was not helpful and their customer support was literally non-existent. Calling the customer support but it appeared as if the number was not valid anymore

This thing works great. Took it on a 6 day backpacking trip on the Appalachian trail because I use my iPhone 5 for tracking, journaling, etc. The only drawback was the weight but I didn't mind. I'll probably look for a lighter version for my next trip but honestly, for this much power it was probably right in line. Be mindful of the dimension and make sure you are aware of the size and weight.

Thanks for a great product, I use it to charge my Samsung pro 8.4 tablet and my Samsung phone. Witch did a excellent job on both, it took little over 3 hours to change at 10% to full. At 20800 what a job it did, on my Samsung Galaxy pro 8.4 tablet. Also I have a lady friend who wants me to order her one. And I will do that for her.
