I bought this for my daughters birthday and it is ok. much better quality material than i was expecting and has a few pockets more than I first realized.After a month of use the picture has worn off and Totoro is gone. I had hoped that for the price the characters would have lasted longet

Zipper broke after 2.5 months. My daughter loved this backpack and is super sad.

The zipper broke within a week. They sent us a new one. The small zipper broke within a month, then the large zipper broke after 4 months. We bought a sturdier backpack and I hope it will last through next school year as well.

The zipper broke and the back of the top of the backpack was ripping open and that was only a month into school😠

Edit to my original post.... this bag sucks, Don’t buy it! My daughter started school 2 days ago and the zipper is broken, the bag is not rendered useless!!! My daughter is devastated... product is obviously of extremely poor quality..
