Swiftcam 3-axis Aerial Filming Stabilizer for Smartphones (iPhone & Samsung)

Very dissatisfied with the product, i used it with the iPhone 6 plus, and it worked fine, for the first three uses, now one of the motors all ready is buzzing. There were a lot of quality control issues as well, one motor was crooked and not flush mounted, the battery cap is next to impossible to take off the grip ring on it is too small which led me to use a tool to take it off on two occasions. The counter weight was too tight, wouldn't sit properly and was next to impossible to take back off. Now I emailed dronesetc which was the third party i bought this from, they bassically told me to shove it they weren't going to do anything because its been over 14 days, and to contact swiftcam. I haven't even had it for a month. That's rediculous. Thankful for amazons amazing customer service, because they are taking it back for a refund. I would not recommend this dronesetc as a third party from amazon, as they are not willing to help you out.

Great stabilizer.Pros: nice design, good functionality. bluetooth pairing system, 3 rotating mode, joystick control.Cons: not the best plastic material (handle), battery life not so long (even though they're rechargeable).Tip for new buyers:-to turn on the gimbal, you must 1st press the white power button, then press the joystick (not 2 seconds as instructed) but long enough to let device start up on its own.-if the device gets unstable and shakes alot, just turn it off, adjust your phone or the gimbal's weight, and start again.AND of course i recommend this product.

Got it in Feb 2017.March 2018 - model disappeared from their web site, no support of any kind.Even worse: I had perfectly working gimbals. For whatever reason I click "update firmware" in iPhone app. It went into update mode, but failed to download any, i guess URL coded in the app is dead. Message pops up that update failed because cannot pull firmware file from the web.There is no way to go back to normal operation. It is essentially dead now.SHAME!!!I guess I have to hack it now. Hardware appeared very close to Alexmos mini. Will see...For those considering it now - stay away, this is unsupported end of life product. There are better option available now for the same price.

I opened the box to find the Gopro version in the phone version packaging. Amazon would not exchange for the same price so they refunded my money. I decided to try it with a gopro. It did work property. I just shook and twisted around out of control. It also only works with a hero4 because you have to seat it in a socket. So if your gopro is not the same dimension it won't fit. Disappointing because it appears to be a quality product. Very nice package but working is what counts.

Very disappointed. Just received my M3S and 1 of the 3 batteries is showing malfunction and won't charge so this is unusable until I return wait for refund then reorder or replace with a new battery at my expense. I have just ordered a battery to replace it and cost me $17 more and another days wait.I hope that there are no more issues once I get it finally running and would be nice if drones etc refunded the amount I lost.

The gimbal works exactly like it is supposed to. I have the iPhone 6s and if it's really windy out or if you're rough with the gimbal it will over power the motors and become unbalanced. Over all it works pretty darn good and I would recommend this to someone.

Too bad product. not working well.it is shacking strongly while recording .not stabilized like its name.when i use my hands i can record a movie professionally better than using this product. i am in Egypt . Tell me how to solve the problem ????

Getting it to sync with my IPhone 5s and IPhone 6 is a very hit and miss process and it has a tendacy to disconnect at Robson.Hoping for an IPhone 7 update on the firmware.
