have been using it for a few weeks and am happy enough to order more despite the high cost
I tried several different ointments for a long surgical scar, but found problems with all of them, smell, allergic reactions, too oily, etc. Wasn't sure about this one because of the cost, but have been using it for a few weeks and am happy enough to order more despite the high cost. A little goes a long way so a tube lasts quite awhile. It is not greasy, smelly, or drippy. Scar is softened, less irritated and red looking. I haven't had any problems with allergies. I started using this product shortly after incision was healed enough to quit needing antibiotic ointment.

I love this product
I used this after surgery and the scars minimized very quickly. I also use it on burns on hands and forearms (cook a LOT) and they disappear in a fraction of the time it use to take. I love this product.

Meh.. maybe not a strong enough amount of hexapeptide 9?
Not sure if it really has hexapeptide 9 in it, it is listed on the ingredients but it definitely doesn't do what it claims to do. I've put it on freshly lasered skin and also massaged it onto scars nightly for a few months. No change noted

my surgery scars are horrific looking. Been using this for 2 months, on my second jar. It does not appear to be doing anything to heal scars faster, nor make them lighter/less noticeable.

comfotable gel, worked great for my daughter's scar and my burn
This cream certainly softens the scar nicely. My daughter had two moles removed from her arm and the scars were getting a bit raised and red. This product was recommended by our plastic surgeon. It was soft adn well-tolerated. After about 4 weeks the scars were DRAMATICALLY improved. A few weeks later I burned my wrist on our grill leaving a deep red mark. Using this product for a few weeks now and it has faded impressively.
