Awesome Health Booster!
What sets this multivitamin apart is its focus on meeting the specific nutritional needs of women in the 50+ age group. Packed with essential vitamins A, B, C, and more, it provides comprehensive support to maintain optimal health as we age.One of the standout features is the Vitamin Code formulation, which means the vitamins are derived from real, whole foods. This natural approach ensures better absorption and utilization by the body, which is vital for maximizing the benefits. The capsule form is easy to swallow, and the bottle's generous size with 240 capsules means I don't have to worry about running out any time soon. I also appreciate that it's free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, making it a clean and wholesome choice for daily supplementation.Since incorporating this multivitamin into my routine, I've noticed a positive difference in my overall energy levels and vitality. It has also contributed to supporting my immune system, which is crucial as we age and need extra defenses against common illnesses. What I love most about the Garden of Life Women 50 & Wiser Multi is its tailored approach to women's health needs. It includes additional nutrients like vitamins D3 and K, as well as essential minerals, to promote bone and heart health—a thoughtful touch for women in this age bracket. However, I must note that while this multivitamin is a fantastic addition to a healthy lifestyle, it's not a substitute for a balanced diet. I still prioritize eating nutrient-rich foods to complement the supplement's benefits. In summary, the Garden of Life Multivitamin for Women 50 & Over has become an indispensable part of my daily health regimen. Its emphasis on targeted nutrients for women in this age group, along with the Vitamin Code formulation, make it a standout product. Cleaner ingredients
Clean ingredients compared to some other vitamins. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I’m pretty healthy for 67 and I don’t really feel any different when taking so I can’t speak to their effectiveness. Nice that they don’t smell or taste bad and don’t upset my stomach at all. Not sure they’re worth the price.

I can feel a difference
Prior to this nutrient used Amazon Grass Lemon Pineapple multivitamin superfood for a decade. When they got sued for lead in the product, and California won discontinued. Tried Athletic Greens which gave me chronic constipation discontinued. Searched. Found this gem. After two months feel much better.I’ve noticed my energy is back. My skin cleared up. My bowls are cranking. My hair looks radiant. People tell me how fantastic I look for my age (57 1/2) and surprised. This is going so well I’ve ordered the extra C. Usually in the winters especially I take extra C. Plus when I’m around lots of people. Giving myself a little boost to help with immunity and energy.I have a solid nutrient laden meal plan. Though there’s zero way I could consume enough to give myself a balance of everything I need. Like Maganese for the healing of my partial rotator cup tear. Dealing with aging need a boost to help maintain energy. But don’t live on caffeine. I strive to get my fix from great rest, activity, and nutrition.I only take two in the morning. Even though the recommendation is four vibe two is doing a wonderful job supplementing. I definitely feel the difference compared to AG1 and not taking Pineapple Lemongrass.I tend to adjust nutrients to activity level. When I travel may take an extra and when I’m doing more sedentary activity go back to two.Great company. Remember when it was developed by the author of Makers Diet decades ago. So far any product I’ve used is a positive experience.l for my body and health.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Nice multivitamin, but the formulation has changed within the past few months. SEE REVIEW.
A health conscious friend shared this whole-food multivitamin with me after learning that I wasn't taking one with any regularity. I like the fact that this incorporates fruits and vegetables, enzymes, and probiotics alongside vitamins, while leaving out soy, nuts, and unnecessary coloring. The capsules are a little on the larger side, but considering the ingredient list, the fact that all of that fits into only four capsules is impressive. Additionally, since this has B vitamins and D3 in it, I'm able to cut out those other supplements - which means taking fewer pills which have a higher nutritional payoff; it also means I'm only investing in one (1) high quality, high efficiency supplement versus several mediocre ones. (BONUS: This also saves me valuable cupboard space). The capsules have/leave a very faint malted sort of aftertaste when I take them, which I wouldn't classify as unpleasant, especially when directly compared to that of other vitamin supplements that have noticeably strong and distinct aftertastes (hey B vitamins, I'm looking at you).Since I was about to run out of the bottle that was given to me, I hopped on Amazon to purchase more. It was delivered in under 24 hours (! - I live in a very rural area and am used to even a lot of Prime deliveries taking longer than two business days). I was going to pass a trial of this on to my mother-in-law, and noticed that between my first bottle and my new bottle, CoQ 10 has been entirely removed from the formula. While that's not a deal breaker for me, it is worth noting. I didn't see any other changes, but TBF, I also didn't do a line-by-line comparison due to time constraints. My intention is to continue to include this in my daily health and wellness routine. While it is a bit on the pricey side, the cost is offset a bit by the other supplements that I won't need to repurchase.
