DC 24V to DC 12V 10A 120W Step Down Buck Converter Voltage Regulator Reducer Power Converter Mini Module 12V Transformer

This is a well made converter I have a 24v powersupply but my fan was only 12volts. This was the perfect converter for it. It was easy to user and worked perfectly.

Used this to step down roughly 20.5v from Milwaukee m18 batteries for the lights and radio on a Best Choice Jeep power wheel. Out puts a very clean 11.9v. Has been very reliable so far. Definitely recommend this one.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do. We have a 24V low-voltage transformer in the closet that powers our lighted closet rods. Unfortunately, our LED puck lights are 12V. This step-down allowed us to use the same 24V transformer to power both the 24V LED lighted closet rods and our 12V LED puck lights. Saved us from having to use another transformer and extra wiring.

This 24-12v converter is stable and efficient but only capable of about 90 watts of continuous output (which is about 110w in at 19v). Above this, the voltage sags unacceptably. I measured the following output efficiency: 1w @ 61.90% 5w @ 82.94% 30w @ 94.56% 60w @ 92.96% 90w @ 91.83% Ripple was 89mv across the range Voltage sag was 0.5v beyond 30w Temperature at 90w output was about 130F after 10 minutes which is fine but I would probably recommend providing some airflow. If you need > 90w output power, do NOT buy this.

This item did not work as it should. This is a very bad product and I don’t recommend it to anyone it did not work and it broke two of my lights from my bike when I was testing it out. I will definitely be returning this and I don’t know why any other reviews say this product is good when it is not.
