Three months ago we received the worst possible news and found out that both of our dogs have cancer. The younger, an 11 year old lab retriever was diagnosed with Lynphoma, and our 13 year old had ruptured his spleen and needed emergency surgery caused by Hermangiosarcoma. Having conducted so much research and learning what horrible chemicals our dogs are fed, and are being administered via vaccines, even the flea and tick treatment is so toxic and painful to dogs. We've looked at many alternatives to avoid the inevitable, and found that a protein rich diet combined with a holistic approach adding Omega 3 fatty acids helps boost dog's immune system. After having spent thousands we were just told that they shouldn't even be alive anymore. Since we started giving them one pill a day directly into their food, which we prepare fresh every day, both show more energy, and have dramatically improved. Will this cure them, probably not. But knowing that we can give them a quality life without pain and getting to love them longer means everything to us. Truly a great product. Of course, we're taking it as well, and have noticed clearer skin, improved metabolism, and overall a healthier feeling that comes from inside. Thank you to the makers, we consider every day we get to love our babies longer a true blessing. The vet actually confirmed that both would normally no longer be with us, but that our approach appears to be beneficial. This is a truly premium organic product that works wonders, at least for us!

I have only been taking them for a few days so cannot comment on long term effects, however I can say that there is no fishy tasting burps (no burping at all) and no fishy smell from these. I like that there is a pleasant lemon aroma. I have found that the capsules are a little large, but they go down easily enough. I do wish that Holistic Solutions would update their containers giving full disclosure on what type of fish are harvested for the oil however.I will give it a month or so and update this on longer term effects.UPDATE: Two weeks or so have gone by and I am definitely seeing improvement in my dry eye issues, which was the reason I purchased it. I will finish off this bottle, but probably won't buy this brand again, as I am uncomfortable with the fact that the company does not disclose what fish were harvested for the oil. For all any of us knows, it may not even be fish oil. I will look for a different brand with full disclosure of ingredients. It is everyone's right to know what they are putting in their bodies and since this is a health related item, it is even more important to know this.

These pills are large gel caps but surprisingly easy to swallow. No weird smells, burps or fishy after taste. They have a very good quality and large quantity of EPA and DHA which is hard to find and necessary for me because I have ADHD and depression.Much more affordable than GNC and they were delivered fast. It does take consistency and in my case a good 3 weeks to feel a difference but it does happen. Also, I have A topic eczema and I am a flight attendant which = severe dry, itchy and often inflamed red skin and bumby rashes. The pills have not cured my eczema by any means however, the flare ups are less and my skin is noticeably softer. I went from applying lotion 4 plus times a day to only 2. I will definitely purchase again!!

At first, really after some weeks, I was sure I would not reorder this product because I had not noticed any benefit, any change, especially in how my knees felt. But after I took the last capsule I became aware of how much better my knees felt. I a! 82 years old and have lost a lot of my flexibility, and during this past year my knees hurt a lot whenever I had to bend them. I have been taking Glucosamine Chodroitin for many years but it did not seem to help any more. I have reordered Norwegian Fish Oil and will stop using GC to see if there is any change. But Norwegian has definitely made a huge difference . It sort of snuck up on me. The change was so gradual that I did not notice at first. By the way, I had taken a different brand of fish oil but had experienced absolutely no change. I am sure glad I gave Norwegian a chance.

I have CFS/Fibro, and Omega 3 is something most of us with that need to take. I have taken many brands of Omega 3, some very expensive, and I started taking the Norwegian Fish Oil about 7 months or so, ago. I have to say everything else I took felt like I'm taking it but I have no idea if it's helping. I have to say that my brain feels like it's been healing all this time. I take other supplements too, that are contributing to this, but I can feel the difference if I forget to take my Omega 3. Not just the brain fog comes back but overall unwell feeling. I am certainly still sick with CFS and Fibro, but within that context, I am much better with this brand of Omega 3.

So far it hasn't been a bad product. As with all fish oils, you don't really see or feel the results. I consider them to be a long term joint helper and health balancer. I hope I'm right lol. This product does leave a fishy taste throughout the day actually. I imagine that's bc they don't cover the casing in some fake stuff. I'm not sure what's better tho.

Well, a number of the ratings said so fishy aftertaste. I will say there is much much LESS, than other brands. In fact the fish burps only lasted less than an hour. I think everyone's metabilism decides the level and duration of the fish funk.So I'm HAPPY!The last brand I took I felt like a cat on a fishing boat. It never went away.

I am not a fan of having to take fish oil to begin with, These pills allow me to get the daily amount I need with only taking 2 pills. They give me awful fish burps as well as make me feel quite bloated for a spell after taking them.. Other than the most common discomfots this works great. I recommend this product.
