I rarely write reviews but this is a really great product. I bought it along with their round cushion and the two together are extremely comfortable. Perfect size to keep ankles on the soft mat but not so big to overwhelm a room. They look great in the corner of my room, fabric is sturdy. Hope the company does well!

I wanted to start mediating more often and wanted to make a dedicated space for it - which is why I decided to get this mat.It's large enough for both me (4' 11") and my SO (6'0") and comfortable for us to spend anywhere from 5-30 min on it without our bums or legs hurting.Since I just got it, it's hard to tell how long it will last but the fabric seems strong - the cushions may need to be fluffed up once in a while.In any case, I think this is a long needed item to continue to mediate more consistently. I'm happy that I bought it!

This mat is lovely for my knees and provides great comfort. The only aspect I’m unsure about is the zipper—it seems fragile and doesn’t always zip smoothly.Love that the cover is made from eco-friendly materials and is machine washable. The slate grey color goes with everything but doesn’t look washed out—nice balance. The embroidered flower is a nice touch, too.Very happy with this product so far :)

I like the fact that the cover is removable and washable. This is a must for me, because I like clean things. The smell is a bit strong after it was opened, but I hand washed it so it smells okay not; however, I would recommend machine wash because the fabric is heavy after all the water soaked in if you hand wash it. I also wish the cushion is a little bit thicker, but overall I do like it and would recommend it.

It is a well made meditation mat with a removable cover that can be easily washed, this is an important feature that I look for all of my furnishings. The inside cushion is filled with cotton in a cotton fabric cover.I use this mat for my floor dining set up. The mat is wide enough for perfect coverage when sitting in a cross-legged position. The cotton cushioning is sufficient for me but I am used to sitting on harder surfaces on the floor. I know that the product description gives a thickness of 2.5 inch but once you sit on it, the mat will compress and perhaps one will be an inch from the actual floor. This isn't an issue for me from a comfort point of view but I can see this not being comfortable for some people. The advantage of cotton cushions is that the body stays still which is not the case with say foamed cushion pads or mats that are thicker.

I love my meditation pillow. After weeks of looking around and reading reviews-falling in love with another item, only to read the bad reviews I was losing hope of finding the right meditation pillow. I’ve had severe spine pain all my life, and in bad days my neck pain starts up as well. My posture is horrible-and me knees cannot take sitting for long durations. So finding the right one, and large enough was very difficult. The reviews were amazing and felt so real and honest, I had to try it out.My wife saw this on Amazon, and I just knew this one was the one for me. I’m hoping to improve my meditations while causing minimal pain to my body. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. I’ll keep you guys posted. 🙏🏻Martin

I love Mindful and Modern meditation pillows and sets. I've purchased them for myself and for others. Not only are they beautiful, they are so well made and really comfortable. They inspire me to do my meditation practice but also they are great floor furniture for any household. I will continue to give these products as gifts.
