Light doesn’t work

Really a nice picture. I received it yesterday and cannot wait to get started! I tried out the batteries to make sure everything worked only because the box looked a little beat up, like maybe it was a return or something? Everything that is supposed to be there appears to be there. It worked when I put in the batteries. It's really hard to get the batteries in and out though, especially one of them. It's almost like the battery part was built a little too small or slightly crooked? Doesn't really matter though, but that and the slightly used appearance of the box is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall a really pretty picture and everything is there in the kit to get it done. It was a little expensive, but it's worth the price to have a nice canvas instead of those flimsy ones that come rolled up. I'm so excited to start working on this one!

Das LED funktioniert nicht.

I have just finished the Diamond painting it looks lovely. Busy now doing another Diamond painting. The best thing is it can be hang as soon as you have finished it.

I've bought 3 of these wood framed canvasses which all arrived in good order. Am itching to start them, they look so good, everything you need in box except the batteries.
