Worked great for motorcycle gloves and iPhone
I used this product for my motorcycle gloves and myiPhone in a waterproof case. It works AMAZING.In order to get it to work I had to apply a generously thick coating. I did three pairs of gloves, the thumb and forefinger. My two pairs of leather gloves required one thick coat to work and the non leather gloves required two think coats.Cons: If there's any downside to this product it's that the bottle only lasted enough for 12 fingers, two fingers on each hand on three pairs of gloves. At the end of the bottle you can pour it on and spread with the brush as the brush does not reach all the way to the bottom.Summary: Works great when applied correctly.

Waste of money
Works about as well as a hammer does at driving in a screw. I have to grudgingly concede that the product can work with a touchscreen. But it does not work very well. The directions say to paint it on a 1" x 1" area of the fingertip. This does not work. It only seems to work if you get it on a small area. We had some success with my wifes ski gloves because they are thick with a well defined corner. When we painted that corner it seems to work about 50% of the time. On my gloves which are neoprene like with rubber finger tips no such luck. The only way I get those gloves to work is to take them off, pinch the finger tip to a fine point and use the glove like a stylus. So for my time and money my wife has a pair of gloves which sort of work with her smartphone and I have a pair of black gloves with a shiny right pointer finger. If you need gloves that are smartphone compatible for you daily life just spend the money on new gloves designed to work from the ground up. If like me you just wanted to be able to use a smartphone during a short trip, then buy a cheap stylus. If you opt for this product heed the warning about ensuring the product is dry. I dried it with a hair drier and let it cool. It felt dry to the touch and nothing came off when I dabbed it with paper towel. But when I went to try it on my phone it left a streak on my screen protector. I immediately tried to wipe it off, but it seems to have instantly bonded to the screen protector. Thankfully I don't use a bare screen on my phone.

Less than satisfactory performance.
I have tried this on two gloves. I attempted both methods described in the instructions. First applying it on the pointer finger of the left hand glove in two coats and allowing it to dry overnight between coats. Then I applied two coats to the pointer finger of the right hand glove, but used a heat gun to dry each coat.On the left glove, the material started to peel off after only about two weeks of light use (it has been raining a lot so I have only had a few good days to get out on the motorcycle). On the right glove, there is no sign of peeling. However, I am not very impressed with how the material works on the screen of my phone. It requires a lot of effort to get it to actually work. You need to press the material onto the surface of the screen pretty hard for it to actually function, and even then it often makes improper control inputs.

GOOD BUT TAKES SOME TRIAL AND ERROR TO GET IT TO WORK.
I ride a motorcycle year round and use my iPhone in a case for navigation and music via bluetooth to my headset. It has been a real inconvenience to not be able to tap the screen with my gloves on. I was hoping this product would be the solution and it is but with certain draw backs. First time I applied it I shook it up and painted the tip that I would use on my very bulky winter riding gloves. I used a hair dryer to dry and it didn't work. I tried a couple more time and even tried not using a hair dryer and letting it dry overnight and it didn't work. I wanted to return it at that point but I didn't give and am glad that I didn't.How I got it to work. I read all the reviews and responses from the company here on Amazon and went over the directions several times. Shaking it up is very important but the directions say to gently rotate the bottle back and forth to mix up the nano particles. What I think is that the bottle is to full and after I tired multiple applications there was more room to get the particles shook up (my theory). Next I increased the area I was painting on the glove, pretty much covering the entire tip including the top side up to the first knuckle. You can't just paint a small tip, it won't work. I don't understand how this makes it work but it does. You have to paint a large area even though you will only be pressing with a small part of the tip. So after about five applications it worked good on my left index finger probably about 90% of the time. I still have problems with the right one it works about 25% of the time. The issues I have is the product is advertised to do 30 applications. I don't know if I will get that many applications out of it since it took so many to finally get it to work. It does seem to be durable as I have yet to reapply it after one week and I ride everyday for a combined two hours. Overall I like the Nanotips just know that it is not as easy as paint it on and go, their might be some trial and error until you get it right.

Okay for specific uses.
It works but not great. I tried it on a bunch of gloves and it's not 100%. I have to swipe more than about 30-40% of the time compared to gloves which have the silver built into their tips. I would recommend this for tight fitting gloves as the my loose leather ones were still unusable. I also used it on woolen gloves that are tight fitting and it made them work about 80% - Still annoying when it doesn't register a tap and you're typing.

but so far I'm VERY happy with the gloves it's working on
This solution is very glove-dependent. It works fantastically on my Olympia Sports Vented Protector Glove (also available on Amazon). But does not work at all on my Alpinestars Apex Drystar Gloves, due to how the fingers are made on that glove. I don't know yet how long the Nanotips lasts, but so far I'm VERY happy with the gloves it's working on. I had a Samsung Galaxy phone which offers a screen-mode that is sensitive for gloves. But that did not work as well as the Nanotips does on my Motorola phone which does NOT have the screen-mode option for gloves.
