Q: How can i recycle the container?

Recycle bin if you have that in your area.

Q: Is this a foaming scrub?

Not really. Minimal foaming. It is a thick "syrupy" lathering scrub. I purchased it and it cleans well; doesn't exfoliate great, and I noticed occasionally "hives" around temples. But individual skin types will dictate it's overall effectiveness.

Q: Can this be used on a bald head for exfoliating?

I would say not really. There is micro beads but they’re so small and soft you can hardly feel them. Some food exfoliators feel sandy and this doesn’t. When I use it to wash my face, it doesn’t take off all my makeup
