Just made my first cut using a circle jig. Clean cuts - sharp bit. Nice and stable to the full plunge depth of my router using 1/8 - 1/4 inch increments.

This straight spiral bit is incredible! I use it primarily for making circle cuts when crafting bowls, and the results are outstanding. The bit is so sharp that it delivers clean, precise cuts with minimal effort. In fact, the cuts are so smooth that sanding is almost unnecessary, saving me time and effort. I use this in my plunge router to make mortises, and also in my router table when it is set up as a jointer. It makes perfectly smooth cuts with no burning in both cases. Highly recommended.

Tool was delivered quickly and packaged very well. Needed a long cutting depth for two, 1.5 inch thick bass guitar bodies I designed and cut out on my CNC router. Gretsch and MusicMan style designs. Chip load was perfect and overall cut surfaces were smooth and clean, very little sanding after the fact. Very pleased with the performance of this router bit!!!!!!

The length of the bit was sufficient enough for me to cut through 1.5 in boards with added 3/4 in jig on top of that. Completed about 10 full circle passes each 1/4 in deep. The bit is still sharp as if it has nvever been used. Very happy with the end results. Project: Black walnut round table top 4 feet in diameter, 1.5 inch thick.

Great bit. Used it for a bunch of deep mortises in cherry and cuts like butter. Night and day going from straight bits to spiral. Feels much safer, more control and cleaner.

Great quality and very sharp... have used this bit a lot and it is still like new. I have switched to SpeTool router bits... perfect balance of quality and cost imo

The bit is quite the beast. I am just a hobby woodworker and admittedly the bit is handling all that I throw at it. It may not hold up to extended mass production use. But for the purposes of routing out mortises, tenons and rabbets, it does a really good job!

I appreciate the extra cutting length for cutting mortises. I found it cut fast and clean in hard maple without burning. The upcut action means you don't have to constantly interrupt what you're doing to vacuum out the recess. At this price, it's an excellent value.
