There’s a metric ton of sugar in it but it’s meant to replace a meal so I guess that’s… well I mean it’s not diet food. BUT there’s a ton of protein so that’s cool. It might as well be a desert replacement tbh.Delicious but extremely expensive. Hard to justify buying but I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t love the taste

I ordered 4 boxes of these. The order was split into 2 orders of two boxes. The first order came with only one box. The second order came with two boxes. Order details of the first order shows only one box at 29$ and the 2nd order of 2 boxes at 29$. Meaning I did pay for 4 boxes and only received 3 total.

I love the way this particular bar tastes and the texture is just right. It satisfies my hunger for a few hours and that’s a good thing because I bring a couple of them to work overnight working as an RN. The protein amount is great and with coffee, it’s like a healthy candy bar.
