I was a skinny weakling before I got my hands on these amazing protein bars. Now, I'm a beefcake. A BEEFCAKE! Seriously, you should see my huge pectoral muscles.I can balance a wine glass on each, although drinking said wine is currently beyond my capabilities.Oh, and compared against other high protein bars I've tried, these ones taste best. So, eating the MET-Rx bars is less like chewing on partially petrified shoe paste, and more like nibbling on ultra-dense cookie dough. The packaging is convenient, and I take them to the rock gym, fat biking, and any time I'm ready to *max out* my bench presses in front of the mirror.Usage Tips: Don't bake these, or you'll be disappointed. Also, I wouldn't leave them out on Christmas Eve for Santa. Santa is beefy enough, and reindeer don't need protein! Oh, and use with caution -- over consumption could inadvertently transform you into a less green version of the Incredible Hulk -- and pants are expensive to replace!Otherwise, enjoy!

I love these bars! U get tons of protein n they r absolutely delicious! Cookie dough n chocolate chip. Could u ask for more! N u r getting 9 of them! It's way better than looking all over to find even 3 or 4. But to get 9 every other month. It's fantastic! So far I only had 1x it wasn't at delivered in a day! The other times I have it asap! Go AmazonPrime! Best off ever!

I eat one of these every day before work. The bars taste great with coffe IMO. But the math is seems to be based on a dozen and only 9 come in a box. These are definitely not $2/bar if you're doing a price comparison.

My husband's breakfast of choice when joined with a yogurt. We reorder frequently............ we get a wider variety choice through Amazon instead of buying locally.... and a slight price break.... THIS IS HIS FAVORITE FLAVOR AND NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO BE SHIPPED TO OUR ADDRESS

Excellent flavor for a "power bar." This is favorite flavor for my picky athlete teenager. Great large size! Very good consistency, not grainy like some of the bars. Excellent sugar/protein ration by my standards 25g sugar / 28 g protein. Sweet enough to be liked by picky eaters but still provides lots of protein. Peanut butter flavor is another favorite.
