Gouda, Emmental and Goat is coming from Dutch milk. This is GMO-free and hormone free. Cheddar is coming from UK milk. This is also GMO-free and hormone free. Hope this answers your question.

Hi there, Cheese is usually allowed on a carnivore diet. Cheesies are carb free, high in protein and gluten free. They come in 20g and 60g packs.
