Used this to replace a part in my 2010 Honda CRV, where the Aux port started to fail. Had to apply pressure on push on it at a weird angle, for audio to be heard. I replaced the assembly with this, and it worked perfectly!

Found my aux connection in my car wasn't working and did some trouble shooting to find out that sometimes it's just this simple piece you pop out and quickly replace to be up and working again. I do recommend making sure you have the proper tool needed to remove the old one as it does not come with it. I got a small 4 piece set of plastic car tools which helps make sure you don't scratch the dash.

This worked for a 2008 Honda Civic. The latch opens up to the top vs the original part on car opens to the bottom. So I did not use that piece from the new part. But the AUX board component works like the original so far. It's only been installed for a few days but so far so good.
