Very good rice. Please read comments before you buy US domestic rice.
This is great brown rice. I did a lot of research to find the best brand. Three ladies always gets mentioned. So, I very specifically wanted a rice from asia. (thia, vietnam, cambodia). Why? Arsenic. Brown rice has more arsenic. In the hull and germ. White rice has less. It ALL has some arsenic and other metals. I guess only an issue if you eat a lot of rice. I do, you may too. Just close your eyes and eat it :). With the exception of California rice (think of that wonderful producer that rhymes with Ludenberg) Most rice in the US is grown in areas in the south that once were cotton plantations. Cotton went overseas, and they flooded the field and grow rice. It is them damn boll weivels (no, I can not spell). They controlled them with pesticides. Arsenic being a main component. I am not a biologist, I only know that rice uptakes arsenic at a rate beyond other plants. With the exception of CA rice, US brown rice has much more arsenic because of the field in it is grown. It is not a good thing to eat too much arsenic. Cotton farms were evil. They continue to be evil, just in a different way. Buy CA or asian rice. This one is yummy.

I picked it because there was no mention of bugs in the rice in the customer reviews. Tastes good. Several bags later bug free. Wish it were cheaper.

Good zen navigation rice 😂
You will have to play around with the rice/water quantity and time. Package has rice cooker instructions only. Update - 1-1/4 cups rice, 2-1/2 cups water. Simmer covered for 40 minutes. Pre-rinse the rice, makes a big difference.

Great Rice and Good for you
I have been buying this rice for years, and have always enjoyed it. I have been told that white rice was not good for you, but I really didn't like brown rice. However, I tried this rice and will never go back to white rice again.
