Small and useful
This is a very classy pen that always writes. Small enough for any pocket or purse. I bought three of them so we could each have one. Nice pen!

Good but not as an EDC.
For the price you wont find a more reliable pen. Compared to the kaweco liliput capped ballpen at 70 dollars it holds up pretty well, especially as an everyday carry. The finish seems to be pretty decent too and wont scratch. (My model is the gold)The threads on pen to open it are squeeky but seem pretty smooth. However, on the liliput they are smooth and quiet.Cons: pricey refillsNot good for a lot of writing compared to many international cartridges. You could buy more and just switch them out more often for the same price. You would also have a larger selection of ink and points to choose from with smoother writing.Lets be honest, most of us arent writing in all these crazy conditions. However, if you're throwing it in your pocket for an emergency pen, or in your car, the life expectancy of the fisher refills will last longer than you and will work more reliably in the winter if it sits in the cold.

My favorite so far
I am a retired firefighter-paramedic and have owned probably a dozen Fisher Space Pens over the last several decades, from the cheap plastic stick pens to the AG-7. All of them have worked as advertised (upside down, through grease and blood, etc.). My favorite are their bullet pens (which carry easily in a pants pocket) and of the bullet styles, this textured and lacquered brass is the best I have owned, offering excellent grip and durability. The matte black has good grip, but is not as durable, while the chrome is slippery in the hand and dents easily. The raw brass is as durable, but is not textured and tarnishes easily. I have never tried the titanium oxide finish (too expensive for me). The one time I tried one with a stylus tip I found it to be clunky, almost never used the stylus, and the stylus disintegrated after a couple of years. If carrying in a pants pocket, no need for a clip and I recommend against the "Jump Ring" unless you need it for wearing on a chain (the edges of the hole are sharp).

It's a good pen with few flaws.
This is my first review so bare with me, I'm also from Sweden so English is not my first language. It was and is still a good pen, I love this pen and I do belive you should get one. It is solid brass except for the ink patron, which is made from steel. The pen has som form of design on it and if you scratch your nails on it it feels great. The pen writes well and feels good to write with. But it is stated that the pen writes in all angles, which it doesn't. It writes to about a 45° angle and after that the ball doesn't touch the paper. But the pen does write upside down because of the pressurised ink. The pen does not leak and is safe to have in your pocket every day. Thanks for reading.

Nifty space pen! Great color selection and gift case comes with it btw!
I have a space pen from when they were first making them from my grandma and I just recently purchased one for a great price(I love you again amazon!!)! It's small and compact, but it's just what I wanted! I was wondering if it came with a gift case and sure enough it has a plastic case with an inside that makes it look like its floating in space.. Pretty cool! Very happy and excited to give this away to my life partner for Christmas!! He will be super excited! Love that it comes in so many colors too!!! Gold pens are hard to find (especially ones that write with black ink)!

This is a great pen
Fits extremely well in my pocket. Love the way the pen has an etched pattern even where I hold the pen to write. That etching prevents the pen from slipping as I write! Nice! I like that it is made of brass since that metal is naturally antimicrobial (kills germs and viruses). The pressurized pen cartridge writes well. I bought this model and the one with the clip. They were both the same color and no difference other than the clip. I carry it in my pocket and I hardly notice it with my keys. Has already come in handy several times. My son prefers the one with the clip so he can store it in his backpack's pen holder.

Fisher Bullet Pen
Fisher is the ONLY ball point pen that I use. I am an author and write my manuscripts with fountain pens. HOWEVER, for any and every other use I have, Fisher is the pen that I use. There simply is no comparison with any other ball point. It doesn't smudge. The refill seems to last forever. And, the pen goes together in a neat bullet shape (hence its name) that fits easily in my back pocket. If you want a clip pen, get something else. That's not the essence of the bullet. Oh, by the way, the pen is guaranteed for life. You just can't go wrong with this pen. I also have several stylus sized Fisher pens that I use on my desk, for bills, etc. They are all wonderful and, if you are interested in writing upside down or under water, something I rarely do, the pen has a pressurized cartridge. That's one of the reason it just about never skips or blots.

Great for left-handed people.
Imagine rolling a tennis ball across a table. Now, imagine holding the tennis ball and dragging one part of it across the table. This is the difference between being right-handed and left-handed trying to write with a ballpoint pen - the ball does not roll if you're lefthanded. Writing with your left hand means you're pushing the ball against the paper causing it to not roll but drag against the paper.I've been looking for a ballpoint that can write smoothly despite being pushed into the paper and dragged with my stupid left hand. I figured that if this beast can write upside down, underwater and at any angle, it could be good for a left-handed person. Being a lover of a good quality pen, I was surprised at how light this pen turned out to be and honestly my hopes weren't high. However, this has lived up to my expectations as far as smoothness. It's very comfortable to write with and it really can write at any angle - even being pushed across the paper. It's also really gorgeous and I've had a bunch of compliments on it (who knew pen compliments were even a thing?)The reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is that the lid doesn't have a nice solid click-on, so it can work its way off and pop off when you're writing.
