A bit disappointed with the speed, but other than that, I find us a good quality machine

Firstly there is nothing wrong with the machine itself, it is strong and works very well, however the finish of this with the adhesive silver band around it is very poor. It has two bumps in it where it has not been stuck on correctly, I expect better than this for 100 quid and if I were not living abroad would send it back.

Amazon experience as good as always, good price, speedy delivery. However although the item was in original packaging there were witness marks on the box and signs it had been returned. Light marks on the body and chrome stickers denoting the model had lifted and cannot be stuck down so moisture will eventually lift it off further. I needed the item to make cakes for a party the next day so used it knowing I could not return it later. The item itself functions fine but disappointed with the appearance of a premium item. I have several KitchenAid appliances and have never had this issue before.

Excellent mixer good range of speeds. I have 2 other kitchen aid products and this is every bit as good.

It’s a lovely hand mixer, light, neat and easy to use... good value for money

The mixer is well made and finished. The soft start feature is the strong point - you don't end up with dry ingredients all over your work surface. Most other mixers have a slow speed which is anything but, that spews dry ingredients everywhere. However, the fastest speed of this mixer isn't particularly fast, and not as fast as my previous cheapo mixer. One small caveat - being right handed, I would have preferred the on/off switch to operate left to right. I find right to left unnatural. It's also a bit expensive, but it's not made in China, so I suppose that's the reason why.

I already have a Kitchenaid stand mixer and when my old hand mixer died i decided to spoil myself and replace it with this one. The beaters were so out of balance that the whole thing shook and vibrated right up your arm. I use the mixers to save myself from arm ache and strain, not cause it!!! Sent it back for a refund without any problems.
