RND Scooter

You get what you pay for I guess. Started falling apart within the first week. Screws that hold the handle bars in place fall out easily and then handle bars slide off. Mechanism that holds the handle bars / fork up broke within a couple weeks and now the handle bars will not stay up on their own. It says 350watts in the title of this scooter, but it is not. Which is false advertisement. The site clearly says 250watts. It also says a top speed of over 18 mph. Far from it. I think I can hit like 12 on a good day and a full charge. Maybe less. Range is about 4 miles - far from what they are claiming. Terrible product. Buy a different brand.

Scooter stopped working after 6 weeks, the battery charges but the foot pedal (throttle) isnt working. Im having difficulty getting help as the customer service doesnt speak english well. There were two email interactions and I sent pictures and a video of the problem as they requested but have had no response after two weeks.

How can I find this part please? The piece from my scooter broke. Thanks and this sccoter ways stop work i change the batery the costumer service is horrible

We bought two and neither one worked upon arrival. It wouldn't unfold (looks like it was assembled wrong). However their return policy was great and we returned it.

I had this scooter for ONE day, and sent it back. It was, sadly, my seventh scooter purchase in the last year. I use them to commute, every day, so I am vetting the products. I was pleasantly surprised at the top speed of this scooter when I took it out to play, the night it arrived. The next morning I took it to work. I live in DC, which is mostly flat, but I do have to ride up Capital Hill on my way to work. It is a shallow incline. All six other scooters took it just fine. Not this one. ZERO torque. After about ten feet of gradual incline it simply stopped. It was fully charged. Worthless!

I would give this a 5 star because I love it, But I’ve had it since July 22nd and with five trips under two miles everything seemed fine. Today I had time to test their claims and it made it 4 MILES and battery was flashing empty. This was in only ONE hour of riding, on mainly flat downtown Los Angeles streets, stopping at lights but mainly running full speed.Their claim is 18-23 km (11-14 miles) and 4-6 hours.After five rides I checked the bolts and most were loose, they do have blue lock tight on them so I don’t know why.Also it does not have a headlight, I don’t mind but I expected if it had a tail light it would have the front as well.I do like it though, the tires are amazing for taking turns and traction. If it makes 25 more trips it will have paid for itself compared to renting scooters for me.

This scooter was great while it worked. After 1 week would not accelerate over 1 mph. Fully charged. Tried everything. Returned to Amazon. Grateful for their great return policy. Would not buy this item again. Very disappointed.
