Haven’t been taking long enough to know if i5 helps with weight loss. However, it had not caused any gastrointestinal issues while taking it multiple times per day.

I give it four stars because I'm not sure if it really blocks carbs, but it did completely stop my cravings. For the last 30 days, I've taken two pills every morning and afternoon, and I stopped eating after 6 PM until the next day.The first two weeks were tough; I had bad stomach pain and passed a lot of smelly gas. It was pretty bad, but I continued, and things got better. I still cramp a bit, but I can handle it now. I don't crave sugar anymore, and I can't eat large meals. I've lost 7 pounds, going from 134 to 127, with a goal of 124. I'm 5'1" with a very slow metabolism, so these pills have been a lifesaver. I've started going to the gym, feel more confident, and I'm thankful for them.

I was on a strict diet regimen,not to exceed 50 g of carbs of day and I get measured and weighed every month. Well I definitely ate all kinds of junk last month including fast food, and I was shocked to learn that I still lost 6 pounds. I honestly would have probably gained weight without these supplements. My doctor said they must be what saved me, Lol. She also sells a different brand of white kidney bean carb blockers at her office but the bottle is much smaller and more expensive. I will keep ordering these for my cheat days! No taste, no side effects, all natural.

First was introduced to white kidney bean from a brand that’s no longer sold on Amazon. The previous brand would make my stomach make noises like when it’s hungry right away and then after eating carbs I wouldn’t feel bloated and I felt my stomach digest carbs right away. These pills do nothing at all so I either got a bunk batch or it’s just a bad brand but either way the quality should always be consistent and strong. Sometimes the advertised amount of mgs isn’t necessarily better or more than others that advertise the truth and actually use better ingredients and have higher quality control
