I was worried about the ingredients and if it would kick me out of ketosis but it works with my diet and Im still able to maintain a good level. I love mint chocolate flavors. It’s a decent taste and texture and I am happy with it. The price isn’t crazy but I do wish it were cheaper. I’d buy a ton of these and the smores.They’re better than the Atkins bars! Lower calories.

These are very tasty and easy to eat. I have dry mouth syndrome and have difficulty eating chewy food. These work well for me and I like them

Wish someone could make a healthy high protein and low sugar bar that has a pleasant taste. This one had potential with the flavor but the taste was not pleasant.
