Polycom SoundStation2 Expandable Conference Phone (2200-16200-001)

This is an amazing device. It worked right after connecting the power and voice cables to the wall. No further setup was needed. The microphones catch human voice from every corner or our conference room. Also, the password protected administrative menu is a plus. Managing the phone book is pretty easy, as soon as you get familiar with menu navigation keys.The only thing I'd wish is that it could be able to be used with a PBX direct connection, but unfortunately it only works with an analog telephone line.I definitely recommend this unit to those that have an analog line dedicated to their conference room.

Good system - good quality sound ans easy to use.I use this in multiple settings and am very mobile with it. One day i used it in 4 different locations in 4 diferent buildings.I use it with a Verizon Home telephone system and it works great.

The conference phone does not work in my room. It comes with an old-type phone cable and my room my has ethernet receptical. Because my meeting was rescheduled, I am outside of the return window for Amazon. And out nearly $300. Plus $80 for the extension speakers I ordered. I called Poly and they said there is nothing they can do.

We purchased this phone to replace a much older (10+ years!) phone that worked so poorly, conference calls were a burden and a challenge. Voices were distorted and sound quality was uneven (voices would drop off in mid-word and then be audible for several seconds, and drop off again). We purchased the phone with the satellite mikes, because we often have a group of 10-15 people in one room communicating with 8 to 10 people at other locations. The mikes and the phone work *really* well - just as other folks' reviews said they would. Delivery was exceptionally fast, and the phone and mikes were well-packaged, too. I recommend the product and the vendor.

This was a great purchase and well worth the money! We are a small business but this makes us very professional. If you ever have to conduct conference calls this is the product you need. Sound quality is exceptional from both sides. You can conference in a third party from this phone during a call. My only gripe is the phonebook displays are not very custommizable, but not a deal breaker in any way.

I had this phone in my corporate office and the sound was always clear and loud. I decided to purchase one for use in board meetings here in our community. As before no surprise here either, this is solid performer which supersedes many competitors. The special DSP feature make conversation lag free unlike many other sets out there making remote business meetings successful and stress free ensuring no two people try to talk at the same time. Great product, always recommend.

I bought this product about a month ago. Our conference room is small and we usually connect with people all over the world. So we needed something that would give us a clear conversation without having to repeat ourselves all the time as well as being able to hear our colleagues from all parts of the world clearly. This did a great job! Our colleagues noticed the change without us letting them know that we were using a new device. They came through clearer and the background noise was eliminated. Our conversations went smoothly. We do not have to repeat our selves so the other person can hear us clearly, it was heard the first time. Set up was a breeze. The instructions were right there in three steps.
