I purchased this watch as my youngest son has a health condition that needs consistent monitoring of his heart rate and oxygen levels. I wish I could monitor him from a distance, but it doesn't quite work that way. However, the watch has been excellent for him to observe himself while at school and he writes down his sats for me to see. I wore this one day myself and had full access to Bluetooth capabilities and was highly impressed with the Smart Wrist Band and found everything to be reasonably accurate from my steps count, breath rate, oxygen level, and blood pressure when compared to our home medical devices.

Due to health issues that require monitoring my heart rate, O2 saturation, blood pressure and sleep cycles I purchased this product based on the advertised claims.I’ve been in my Doctors’ Office three times since purchased and asked to verify the product’s accuracy compared to their equipment. The results were so far off that the doctor advised against continued use because relying on the results could be detrimental to my health.If I had not, already, thrown the box away (and the trash collector had not already visited) I would return for a refund.If you are considering this product to track your, exercise activities I am of the opinion that it is, fairly, accurate.But again, I would look at other products if the documentation of your vital signs is crucial to you, your medical team and / or your health.I, truly, wish this product had met my needs.

SPO2 oxygen monitor just displays random numbers of 95 to 99%. Unless you are a COPD patient you would think it is working but it is not.Tested my levels with a finger SPO2 monitor which showed 88%. The bracelet still displayed around 96-99%

Total waste of money. The only thing you can use it for is as a watch, because the ONLY thing that works accurate is the time. The step count is WAY off (counts well over 1,500 steps less for every 5,000 actual steps), the distance is WAY off as well (I walked 5 miles (as proven by my other apps as well as measured with my car) and it only counted 3.5 miles. The heart rate, blood pressure (even if the systolic and diastolic pressure is preset) and the breathing rate are all way off and not accurate. DON'T RELY ON THIS CRAPPY PRODUCT, IF YOU USE IT TO MONITOR YOUR HEALTH !!!

I came across this device while looking for a purple finger pulse ox. I decided to get them both and try them. Once I got this connected to my phone, it was wonderful. The home health staff would do my vitals just to see if it had the same info. It did! After a while we just used the tracker. Unfortunately the band broke. It was not as simple as sliding it back into place. A small broken flange was still in it's place on the band. I made a call to return it but was outside of the time limit. An exception was made. The next problem was it was not eligible for the Q. R. scanner ticket so I had to print it. This is it's own problem. By the time I got permission to use a printer, the device was lost. I had no idea when it could have happened to go back and search. I was bummed out.Because I am medically prone to one thing creating another unt I just end up in the hospital. Having this smart watch with me and in use, I have been able to validate my sleep pattern and have been able to notice a change before it got bad. I love my smart watch so the only thing I could do was pay the money and replace the device. It was hard to pair and bind this time. Took me the better part of 2 days. But I was successful. You need to hire someone to be available to troubleshoot. I was not able to find a phone number to call you for help. I think refunding my money for either or both īdevice would be a great show of support.Also for future models, you need to fix the way that the device and band come together.Thanks for letting me blow off so much frustrated energy. Ordered it because of its blood pressure capabilities. However this is a definite shortfall as we cannot get the blood pressure to work. Everything else works great but blood pressure seems to be an issue that was the reason that we purchased it. Probably bill will be returning it.

The blood pressure feature does not work - period! If you don't need that feature this is a great watch. Really like the design and construction better than my Fitbit that costs 5 times as much. This watch has several features that that are not available on my Fitbit. Considering the price and everything else, this would easily be 5 stars if Blood Pressure readings were more accurate.

Hard to set up took several tries instructions not helpful - but by guess and by gosh got it working. I love it it does stuff that high priced Names don’t. Real good buy
