Great protein powder for pregnancy!
I can't speak to whether or not this helps with morning sickness, as my sickness always comes in the afternoon/evenings. But my doctor recommended this specific protein powder (at about 34 weeks) to help baby gain weight. I wouldn't want to speculate on if it works for that, as results are impossible for me to measure. The taste (tahitian vanilla) is great. I can't tolerate many protein powders because they're overly sweet. This one is very sweet, but drinkable. On its own, I prefer the kona mocha flavor. My favorite thing to do with this flavor is add a scoop to a blender with 8-10 oz milk, a banana, and spoonful of peanut butter. Blend it up and it's a lot like a banana pudding shake! It tastes good and is filling.I like that this has the added vitamins for baby, but I take a prenatal as well anyway. I wish I had had this protein in my first 2 trimesters to see if it helped me keep weight on when I was so nauseated. The only con for me is that it's quite pricey. But worth it if I can keep it down and it helps my baby!

Tastes Great with Milk. Energy Booster!
This is pretty delicioud. I got this because I wanted to prep my body with the right vitamins for when the time comes to start a family.I noticed no weight gain from this and it's actually helped to curb my sweet tooth. I usually crave ice cream and reeses daily but this shake is so sweet, it satiates the craving without the guilt. I also noticed immediately that my energy increased. The directions state you can add this to a smoothie but, for me, the flavor of the powder was so strong it threw off any smoothie I tried it in. My beloved strawberry/banana became hardly drinkable. I have found though that mixing this with 8-10 oz of milk, a handful of ice cubes and a splash of vanilla makes for a tasty shake; it's like a sugar free Frappuccino. That's my go to for now.

Good Smoothie Powder
I don’t know what it tastes like on its own. I also do not know if I am ACTUALLY getting what the package says is contained in the powder, but I noticed no difference in how I feel physically yet (I don’t eat a lot of meat so I need protein). It DOES keep me full for about 2 hours; I am mostly sedentary at my job during the day but feel hungry after the 2 hours. But I also add a whole banana, 2% milk, and two tablespoons of yogurt to my powder, as a smoothie. I have also used water instead of milk and it was still tasty (from the sweet banana). I use a personal travel blender.I divided my powder into baby formula powder storage cups so I could have the powder with me during the day. IF YOU DON’T ENJOY STEVIA, YOU BETTER ADD STUFF YOU DO ENJOY!! I tasted the fake sugar ONCE and I immediately adjusted my yogurt from one scoop to two, now the Stevia is barely noticeable. Nice taste now.Recommend it, at least to try.

So good
It doesnt make me gag and helped with my morning sickness everyday that i drank it at the start of my day. This taste like vanilla and keeps me from vomiting when I start feeling nauseous as well. I love that I'm getting vitamins and protein that my baby and body so desperately needed. I feel better after drinking this as well. I'm happier knowing that this is not a waste of money at all. Do I wish it was cheaper... yes, but in the end I'm a little bit more comfortable knowing that I get to keep it in my body instead of in the toilet.

Flavor isn’t the best.
This is my first protein powder so I’m not sure if all protein powders have a weird taste but the first time I had it I followed the instructions I added 1 whole scoop in a little over 8 oz of almond milk. The flavor was horrible I tried so hard to finish it but I couldn’t even get half way so I threw it out because I knew I was going to throw up. I tried it again in 8 oz of almond milk with a half scoop and a few frozen strawberries. The flavor was barely there and I was able to drink it this time. I would suggest to try half a scoop first because the flavor seriously isn’t that good it made me want to throw up. I’m in my 3rd trimester so I’m going to continue to do half a scoop until I finish since I paid $40 and I don’t want it to go to waste. Beware if you aren’t used to protein powders the taste of this might really throw you off but if you’re used to them maybe it won’t. I purchased the vanilla flavor I might consider the chocolate but I wish they had smaller sizes to sample before committing.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I read reviews but rarely write one, but as a new mom 8.5 months pregnant with my first, I wanted to find a good power for breastfeeding as well as the final few weeks of pregnancy. Especially when some of the nausea comes back, I wanted to make sure I was still getting enough protein. I was excited this brand had good reviews, but really disappointed in the actual product. Smells great I will say that, but the main ingredients are whey protein and hydrolyzed corn protein. So to me there's nothing "holistic" or super natural about this brand. It's just an expensive version of every other protein powder out there but less for your money. I also thought it was way too sweet. The flavor has a artificial sweetener taste to it. Even with only frozen berries, plain tart Greek yogurt, and unsweetened coconut milk the flavor made me more nauseated after a quarter of the smoothie than anything. Of all the things to help with pre and post natal nutrition to find out there, I'm super disappointed in this purchase. I would look for an actual all natural quality brand that isn't just whey and corn, and that is a better value for your money as well.

This stuff is the TRUTH
I’m 9 weeks preggo and I’ve had awful nausea for 3 weeks now, ordered this stuff and in the first day taking it noticed a huge difference. I wouldn’t say the nausea is completely gone but it was enough to help me tremendously. Also, it’s freaking delicious!! I have a blendjet so I put 8 oz vanilla almond milk with a few ice cubes, and a scoop of this powder. SO GOOD. Not sure why reviewers were saying it has a sandy texture, it doesn’t at all. It’s very smooth. Maybe they just need to use a blender instead of a shaker bottle. Anyway, I love this stuff and will keep using it during my pregnancy for sure. It’s a little pricey but worth it. I’m buying chocolate next and can’t wait to try!
