I didn't have a problem with it
I bought the 6-layer/tier shelves, you can assemble/mount this two different ways. Either the anchors(top/bottom) on your left or right, its your preference. This item came with all the pipes individually wrapped, which was not a problem at all. I see some people complained about how "scratched up" it looked, but you bought INDUSTRIAL style pipe shelves. Kind of a given at that point, just saying. It was very easy for me to assemble, did not have any problems. To mount it i would suggest having two people. I would recommend some thread tape, not all the threads matched perfectly and some had to be adjusted. As far as Stability, during assembly it makes sense on why it wouldn't be sturdy at first due to it not being anchored. Over all, this product did not disappoint my expectations and i am very thrilled about it. Especially after it was mounted on my wall.Thank you all for your time.

A terror to hang, but worth it.
Let me start by stating I own multiple pipe shelves and ALL have been horrifying to hang, so that can give this item some credit. More than one person is ideal but be ready to argue argue. This frustrated me so badly I had to walk away.At the end of it all I got it up it’s as level as it can be and it works PERFECTLY for the space I had and what I wanted to use it for.The issues I did have were some of the threading just isn’t right. You’ll twist it to a sturdy point and it isn’t straight. Your only two options are to pull back left and make it loose and not sturdy (that made me uncomfortable to have it so loose), or push it tight to the point of damn near breaking it. (I did absolutely break one of the pieces- my fault for pushing it to far but the options suck and it should be threaded to be straight). I ended up rearranging the pipes and putting one broken piece at the top and one at the bottom where it mounts to the wall so it was sturdy and it’s fine. Another issue is that one of my pipes was literally not straight and it was almost impossible to put into the two holes on the board. My best advice is if it’s not working well rebuild it. I took it all apart after building it (and breaking the one piece) I rebuilt it a few shelves at a time and got it up and leveled well. It seems like you need to find the best pieces to match and turn.I tried to hang this fully built with another person and didn’t know how to begin leveling it which caused a debate. After walking away I hung it alone. I built the top three shelves, leveled the shelves on the wall, marked my spots, put the shelf down, and anchored them. I added more shelves with the second mount, I held it against the wall, I screwed in my top mount and leveled the next shelves as much as I could. Marked it, unscrewed the top, put the shelf down, anchored the second mount on the wall. I added the last pieces to the shelf to complete it. I screwed in the top and middle mounts and repeated the steps. Level the last few shelves, mark the holes, take the whole thing down, anchor the last set and then finally hang the entire thing.Might seem over complicated but that was the only way I could get it level because it’s hard to hold against the wall and level it with another person. If you have patience and really want this shelf I highly recommend. 0/10 for building and hanging 10/10 when done. (This review is obviously for the six shelf one)

Looks Great!
I love this item! It looks great, is extremely functional, sturdy, and fits a small space. I STRONGLY recommend 2 people to install as it is rather unwieldy for one (I almost always do it myself). I did replace the screws and anchors that came with the product for stronger ones. Otherwise, perfection!

Instructions not helpful at all
I managed after several hours to put it together myself. Much trial and error involved. The instructions are impossible not because of a language barrier, but because of an intelligence barrier. Whoever wrote them must have difficulty getting dressed in the morning or performing daily tasks of any kind. Just an astounding level of absurdity. You’re going to have to figure this out on your own. My advice is that you don’t tighten ANYTHING until you know for sure you’ve got all the pieces in the correct order, because you’re going to unscrew each piece about a half dozen times before you’ve finished it (some are very similar in length but very important to be in the right place)

Different size mid section
Mid section is 3/4 longer than the rest. Making it all jacked up

Sturdy, Stylish, and Simple.
Very durable, and looks great. Directions for assembly could have been better. I highly recommend complete assembly before attaching to the wall.

Looks Great, but has stability issues.
CONS - I think everything is made from aluminum pipe rather than iron, which is a little annoying, but maybe a good thing if you are only hanging it from drywall anchors. I was expecting a little wobbliness due to the unique design, and i was correct. You may want some thread tape to tighten up the looser fittings. Finally I had to add small L brackets to keep it stable. I was sort of expecting this.PROS - It looks really good ....conclusion - This is a cool design. I would advocate going to the hardware store and buying all the fittings, and building this your self. This approach may be a little more pricey then this but the quality would be better. If you aren't handy then stay away from this item it may take a little bodging to get it mounted right. This is mostly due to the neat but a little unstable design
