Quality and taste
Italian flour is the way to go for flavor and results. I have purchase this flour one other time. Though pricey, it is worth the cost for the flavor and great results in my baking. Great Flour for Pizza Making
I have been using this flour for a couple years now and it has been my favorite for making bubbly, light and crispy pizzas in a wood-fired pizza oven. It is very finely milled and easy to work with. I love it and will keep reordering!

Flavourful and light
True Neapolitan flour. Flavourful, full of texture yet extremely light after consumption (usually not exactly a characteristic of type 00 white flour). Ideal for pizza and focaccia

Love, love, love this flour!
My husband is gluten intolerant but he discovered in Europe, he was able to eat gluten. I decided to give this flour a try, and sure enough, my husband can eat this flour. Not only that, the taste is phenomenal. I bake rolls with it and the flavor is unmatched compared to traditional American flour. I will never go back.
