I have low back and knee problems. These little pillows are really helpful for side sleepers like me. I’ve owned a few of them - here’s my pro/con on this model:Pro- nice cover - soft, smooth and NOT white which gets dirty instantly.- I launder the cover weekly and I’m hoping the grey cover does not look grubby like the white covers do even when washed regularly. No matter how I wash the white covers, they look gross over time.- a bit smaller than my former knee pillow which is good for me - the larger one seemed to cause problems with my knees.- Best price I’ve seen for a quality knee pillow. A lot of these products are cash grabs.Con:- Wish it came with a separate cover so I couldwash one cover while I use the other cover. I’ve never seen any of these knee pillows with an extra cover. Whoever does that will own the knee pillow market.This is a great product, especially for the price. Hope that helps!

I'm a side sleeper with bad knees and a chronically sore back. I decided to try one of these pillows in hopes that it would lessen my pains and allow me to sleep better at night. After using it for two weeks, I must say that I've been sleeping better and my knees and back don't ache quite so much when I get out of bed. I find the pillow very comfortable between my knees and it stays in place unless I roll over and sleep on the opposite side. It's very soft and has just the right amount of cushioning for comfortable side sleeping. I wish I would have bought one of these years ago!

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend but it didn't meet his very particular purposes. So I kept it & I think it works well. I don't have pain or difficulty sleeping but I used it a couple times & it's comfortable & seems to be made of quality foam.

I've used one for years and was looking for a new one. Love, love it! I'm getting my hip replaced in 2 days and I'll be able to sleep with this. It's not super soft like the memory foam ones, very comfortable.

I routinely prescribe supports such as this one for my patients so get a lot of feedback, I also use this one personally. The foam is a bit stiffer than other brands, which I prefer so it doesn't squish down and defeat the point of keeping your legs/hips/back aligned during sleep. It also has the widest dimension at the center that I measured, which is a good width for your average sized person. Other brands don't even notate this measurement.What can improve: Removable/washable cover would be great. They should also consider using latex foam which has more bounce and support and also sleeps much cooler than other foams. While they don't say, I suspect the foam they use isn't even memory foam but probably just supportive foam which you might find as a bed mattress base. For me this is a good thing as I feel memory foam would squish down too much and not provide enough support and memory foam sleeps hot.

Perfect amount of support! Total Goldilocks! Not too soft, not too hard. The cover is soft. I’ve been using knee pillows for 15 years. This one is far and away, the best.

I’ve been looking for a leg/knee pillow for a couple of years now and I’m glad I found the perfect pillow. I am very picky and when it comes to pillows. I’m about 5’9 and it’s the perfect size/fit for me. It’s soft but sturdy for a lack of a better word. If you’re looking for extra super softness then it may not be the right pillow for you. That said, I still recommend it because it’s actually soft. I’ve fallen sleep on my side with the pillow between my knees and I’ve woken up still on my side with the pillow just how I fell asleep.

Works well...I have sore hip joints helps get a good night's sleep.

This pillow is the best leg pillow I have tried. I like the firmness which helps support, if I don’t use it, I find my back is sore in the morning

O.K. it's weird to describe a pillow as having sharp corners, but they are very distinct, distracting, and uncomfortable. It's impossible not to feel where the pillow ends, by having an edge digging into your legs.Of the hundreds of items I have bought on Amazon, this is the first one I returned.Use a regular pillow instead! You probably have a spare anyway, and if not, regular pillows are much cheaper and way more comfortable.
