I usually use the powder from another brand, but on days when I'm in a rush or don’t feel like mixing, these liquid packets are a great alternative. Great way to intake your collagen. It’s not the best tasting, but definitely better than the powder forms. I would say it taste like an artificial orange flavor, something like orange jello.

Potassium sorbate is a common preservative used in most liposomal supplements and tinctures however, this is just a note that the flavor is particularly strong in this if for anyone who is sensitive. The pouches are so small that you can swallow it really without issue, but I did find that the flavor of the preservative was a bit strong

I thought after reading I needed collagen in my life. This actually was easy to use and tasted great. But after hearing my dr say that small amount has to go all thru your body. So for it to hit wrinkles or hair or nails …. Well it’s just not enough. So decide for yourself. I ordered once and that was it. But it did taste good.

These don't taste the greatest because it tastes like it has generic sugar in it or like an aspartame taste, which aspartame isn't good for you at all. When I read the ingredients I didn't see anything about aspartame but that's kind of what it tasted like. Overall, these are super easy to take and I love the fact that their individually packed so you can take them on the go. I did notice that my hair and nails were growing super fast when I was taking this stuff so I definitely recommend this collagen. This is actually a fantastic price as well, so I think I will be purchasing these again, I just wish that there were different flavors.
