The seasoning was good. It didn't provide the flavor I was looking for. However, it was a nice flavor.

I rarely make oxtails but I swear I use this seasoning on everything. In fact, just tonight I put it on pork chops with a little pepper and they were fantastic. The taste is a little hard to describe. It is savory but there is a little sweetness to it. There is no heat or spice and you can literally put it on just about anything.

Great flavor!
I bought this for my oxtail stew, but I honestly like it in beef stew and Pot roast as well! It has a nice blend of flavors, makes the carrots and potatoes taste wonderful.. this will be a staple in my cabinets for most red meat from here on out!
