The package says there should be SIMOLW506C, SIMOLW416Q, SIMOLW506TQ and SIMOLW516TQ. However, like the others, I received 3 SIMOLW506C and 1 SIMOLW516TQ :SIMOLW506C - A - universal sizeSIMOLW506C - B - nano sizeSIMOLW506C - C - universal sizeSIMOLW516TQ - D - universal sizeI found a Sprint phone-SIM card compatibility chart (uploaded as images). Fortunately for me, I'm using iPhones so SIMOLW506C/A works for me.The chart looks like it was printed in 2016 so it doesn't include newer models of phones. iPhone 11 isn't listed though one reviewer wrote that SIMOLW516TQ worked in her iPhone 11/Virgin.SIMOLW506C/B and SIMOLW506C/C are also not listed. Even though these two cards have different identifiers (B and C), their UPCs (854798005149) are the same as that of SIMOLW506C/A. You'd think that those three would be compatible with the same set of phones. They're not. I typed in the IMEI of an iPhone 7+ on Tello's device checker then entered the ICCID of A, B and C SIM cards one at a time. SIM A was compatible but SIM cards B and C were not. So, I don't know what these additional SIMOLW506C (B and C) SIM cards are for.Someone in the Q&A portion here, said that SIM card B worked in her iPhone 8 (that requires a SIMOLW416Q) from which she infers that the SIMOLW506C printed on the B card may just be a misprint. It's highly possible.

The cards are mislabled, so it appears you get 1 516TQ and 3 W506C's. However, the correct sims are provided as promised - just mislabeled. Do note though that Tello told me they have had a ton of problems with this specific sim kit sold on Amazon and they usually don't work. Between the 2 kits I bought, the "B" card I tried (416Q) worked right away. The "D" card (516TQ) from the first kit didn't work but the "D" card from the second kit did. I am reposting Jonathan Hart's review below as it was so helpful to me and saved me from placing an additional $10 order with Tello: "I myself like the other reviewers on here got the same problem of Three duplicates of the SIMOLW506C'S and one SIMOLW516TQ. I needed the 416Q one for my Galaxy S8+, so I decided to research online the part number, which labeled by letter of each sim for phone compatibility indicates Sprint messed up the format of part number matching the letter when manufacturing these. I took the time to label each part number sim card letter is needed for your phone. The Letter A Sim Card is SIMOLW506C, The Letter B Sim Card is SIMOLW416Q (the one everyone wants to get) The Letter C Sim Card is SIMOLW506TQ, and finally The Letter D Sim Card is SIMOLW516TQ. I am extremely satisfied with the sim cards while on sale for $0.99 what do you have to lose? buy these if you are wanting to get these at a deal." Thanks Jonathan!

Got a used phone for our daughter, bought this sim card and set up an account for her through sprint because of the $100 gift card they were offering. Sim card comes with multiple options, figured out which one we needed, and installed it no problem. She has now had a working cell phone since February.The offer said it could take a few billing cycles to process, so I waited, and when I checked on the status it said "invalid." I contacted customer service which told me that I had waited too long to submit the registration. I told her my registration was dated 2/15, just days after I had setup the account. Then she said, "I got it now. This is the reason why you are not eligible for this offer since the phone is was not purchase directly with Sprint." So I am not eligible because I did not buy my phone through sprint for an offer to bring your own device...she transferred me to someone else.The next person said they read my previous transcript so I wouldn't have to repeat anything, and then told me that the device needed to be purchased through sprint to have the activation fee waived. I never once had mentioned anything about an activation fee. I repeated that I was wondering why I am not receiving the $100 gift card that was advertised. Their response was "Requires Lease of any new phone." Once I reiterated the fact that it says that nowhere in the advertisement, but it does repeatedly state: Bring your own device / Bring your phone SIM kit / YOUR phone. Our unlimited talk/text/data plans" I was given the number for a third person to call...I have not called them yet. I have already wasted a lot of time talking to representatives of Sprint who have offered no solution, have contradicted what this advertisement says, and have contradicted each other. I see that Verizon is currently offering a discount to nurses, so I am looking at switching providers already. This $100 gift card is a lure, and I feel the customer service department is giving me every reason they can think of to not fulfill their end of the agreement. After I switch phone carriers I am considering just disputing $100 dollars worth of sprint payments with my credit card provider. I'm sure that would be far less hassle than dealing with Sprint anymore.

Tried to activate this Sprint SIM with Straight Talk on a new Moto G7, which Straight Talk said should be fine. After 2+ hours with 7 Straight Talk reps trying to activate it, the last guy said this SIM won't work with Sprint. My gasket popped. This may be a straight Talk problem rather than the SIM.UPDATE 1/1/20. Well I finally figured out that the four SIMs in the pack (labeled A/B/C/D) can each be punched out to get the nano size. One was only nano, so that's what I tried first. I went to the Sprint site, entered my MEID and ICC ID, and the initial SIM and one other sowed incompatible with my phone. But the 3rd one I tried was compatible. So I called Straight Talk yet AGAIN to try. Once again they were unable to activate it. So I called Sprint directly and was able to activate with Sprint under a bring-your-own-device plan, no problem. I'm upgrading my rating to 3 stars rather than 5 because the pack has 4 SIMs with zero instructions on how to pick the right one.
