Q: how do you remove them to change the sheets?

You're supposed to slide the cap holding the sheet down the little channel to lock it in place (like a garter clamp for stockings back before pantyhose) then remove the sheet. That part worked ok, but I had no luck keeping the angled base under the mattress, so I don't use them. I opted for a huge looking rubber band type holder which I am happy with.

Q: Will this work on sheets on an adjustable bed?

Not really. Doesn’t work that well on regular mattress.

Q: Will these work on a memory foam bed?

Probably as well as any bed. I ended up not using mine anymore ~ the part that goes under the mattress is about 4" too short (in my opinion) ~ as they keep popping out. But my mattress has a lot of "flex" in it, the sides smoosh down as I get out of bed, etc. So I may not be the best person to judge. I ended up being disappointed in them. IF they stayed in place (which they may, under memory foam), they would be a lot more effective. (IMHO)

If the mattress is thicker than 6 inches.
