Technical Communication: Process and Product, MLA Update Edition

Great for my college course.

The book was in good condition for the amount of use it had seen. I will continue to rent textbooks through Amazon as often as I am able

This book is great, it was used by the class in BCC, I have to say there are many books out there and are not used to this extent so if your a BCC Student defently get the book on Amazon you will get the best price.

Received as described and shipped on time. I would buy again from the seller.

I like. the book because Amazon delivered it me on time dislike it was a little damage but readable .

Renting this book was much cheaper than buying it outright and it was very helpful

I don't mind that the book is in black and white, out that the page numbers don't always match up, those are minor issues. However, chapter 5 of completely missing from this economy version. Hopefully I don't find other missing chapters later in the semester!

Helpful for professionals

I needed to order this for a University course I am taking. I very likely would not have ordered this if it was not required. However, the textbook is easy to navigate and- as a technical writing resource should be- is very clear and concise. It serves its purpose for me to do well in this course.
