This is a new upgrade kit for the hot end insulation on Makerbot Replicator 2X. / Have you been experiencing inconsistent printings since you broke those ceramic insulations around the hot end? / Those are essential parts that are being ignored and the absence of them is the root of many extrusion problems such as: 1- Inconsistent extrusions due to temperature fluctuation inside the hot end 2- Clicking noise in the extruder (and extruder jam) because the heat is being reflected to the cooling block from the exposed aluminum (one of the reasons why PLA prints fail not immediately but after few minutes). 3- Clicking noise in the extruder (and extruder jam) because the temperature reported to the main board is lower than the actual temperature. 4- Plastic drips of molten plastic contaminations from the past failures and loading/unloading scripts.
