LOVE these ALWAYS DISCREET #4 for their dependability, their length & not so thick -it’s the “just right” SIZE between the #2 and the #5 —— for any time I might need them. THESE ALWAYS DISCREET #4 —- Absolutely a necessity for those times when an ALWAYS DISCREET #2 is way too light —- AND when a Discreet #5 is too much.I buy these 3 sizes all the time. Tried other brands (but, were irritating) —- like ALWAYS DISCREET best of all.HERE’S the thing —- I wear them when I get ALLERGIES 🤧 & SNEEZING, COUGHING bouts —to FFEL secure & comfortable. I was so sick with Allergies a couple of yrs ago (first time with Allergies) & NOW it happens every first of the year & when we get “windy & sandy” & junk in the air —- weather - which happens in my area.I “always” ☺️ have a good supply (stash) of the ALWAYS DISCREET 3 sizes at home -- AND I carry them in my bag, & totes. I use a small cosmetic bag w/different compartments and no one knows . . . 😄 they’re there.NEVER had any issues with ALWAYS DISCREET - it’s a necessity that delivers protection & comfort (no irritation) for when needed - so I can function better —- bcz it can be stressful. 😊 Sensitive skin - give these a try.Highly recommend this brand & the different sizes . . . 👍🏼

Well, when a spinal issue caused bladder issues, I had to find a reliable pad. I tried several brands to find one that truly worked well. "Always" is a perfect name for this product because they ALWAYS work well. I have been in situations (grocery shopping, a play, a concert, etc) and urine just leaks out. It is terrifying not having control, and then having past experience of pad failure from other brands, increases the terror. I am just now calming down when those important retention muscles fail me because I use Always pads and they have NEVER failed me. The side elastic things help to ensure the urine is directed to the center of the pad every time. Other brands leaked on the sides and caused big, embarrassing problems. I am so grateful to have this option when my body is not cooperating. The pads are also quite invisible, even with tight pants or shorts on. They hold a very reasonable amount of urine also.

These give me peace of mind. I probably could have gotten the liner but what the heck! They give great protection with no leakage.

These are great and all respects however, the long is the same as as the regular in length. I don’t know how to approach this with the company. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the same thing. Otherwise it’s made very well very absorbent and the pleasant odor is .wonderful. I mean, does every feminine pad need to be oderless??? Thank you for fun creating one that has a nice SCENT. But please make the regular shorter than the long. I like the elastic on the sides… Never ever liked wings they stick to every thing.

These pads are perfect! BUT, if I could change one thing I would have the adhesive go to the very ends of pad so ends wont flip over!

These are pretty good and doesn't bunch like Poise. I have the "speeze" but not serious leakage so if you have a serious situation I can't say about that yet. They are lightly scented but that is ok with me. They do the job and like I said they're better than Poise. Imo

THis product is not as useful to me as I had hoped. Seems like people would need a butt as big as a hippo to order the #7 protection. - it was waaaaay too big for my body., So, that's why I tried the #4, but it is pretty worthless unless Well, if I were not going to be away from my house for more than 1 hour or so, they would be fine. But, they are incredibly thin. I need more than this if I am going to be out for dinner, shopping, etc.
