Get these and throw out all the plastic wrap that doesn't match. These are so beautiful sitting in a drawer and very easy to use.

I try not to let the food touch the bamboo lids. I like that I just pull the lid off and on without having to deal with fasteners. And if I want to make it even easier and I don’t need a super airtight seal, I remove the seal and the lid just sits on top.

I ordered a less expensive version of this from another supplier and it was my daughter's Christmas gift and she cut herself to the point it needed a butterfly bandage because it was poorly packaged, this one however was packed extremely well and the product is quality!

The lids do not fully close so it’s not airtight or even partially sealed. Essentially, the lid just sits on top of the glass part. Also, if the lids do not fully air dry they will mold. I sprayed the lid with bleach and was unable to get the mold to clear so I had to trash the lid.

Not as impressed as I had hoped to be. Tops warp a little, have to be hand washed which is okay but not what I ultimately wanted.

I bought these as part of my household's transition away from most plastics. These containers, in combination with Stasher bags and reused glass jars, has completely covered our needs for food storage.A couple of things to note:- You have to leave about a finger width of space below the top edge of the container when filling it up, to leave room for the lid. It doesn't have the 'snap' of a plastic lid fitting into place, so the food will push up the lid if you over-fill it. Doesn't take long to learn what you can get away with, though.- Don't expect to be able to fill these containers and then throw them in a bag to go. The suction isn't that tight, especially on the larger ones. We just use them for fridge and freezer storage of leftovers (we make big batches of food at once.)- The glass bottoms clean up perfectly in the dishwasher, but always hand wash the lids. All it usually takes is a couple of seconds with a scrub wand on the underside, anyway.- As I mentioned, these work fine in the freezer, just leave a little bit of extra room for when the food freezes and expands, as it might push the lid up slightly.We've been using these for I think 4+ months now, and I'm on this page so that I can buy our third set. My only wish is that they'd allow you to buy the various sizes individually, but that's not a huge issue.
