Great customer service
I bought one of these replacement valves because the red, T-handle broke and the replacement handle broke on first use, but when I emailed Fibropool they sent me 5 free replacements!

Replaced a leaking valve - no issues at all.

Works well and no leaks but little red buttons on handle were broken, I guess they were to lock in the handle but still works without them

Gate valve
Handle breaks after first season, replaced and tab on handle (lock feature) broke off installing it, they screw on.

It's functional, but arrived with a broken part
The hendle's stop pin is broken. Makes you wonder about what may be other, unseen, quality issues.
