Thrift T-100 Alkaline Based 1-Pound Granular Drain Cleaner (2-(Pack))

This is the best drain cleaner I’ve tried. My kitchen sink was very slow to drain and nothing seemed to help. I tried multiple products and noticed no significant improvement. I tried this product before contacting a plumber and am so glad I did. Within 5 minutes the drain was open and draining normally. The product is easy to use. I used very hot water with it and the drain cleared almost immediately. I didn’t notice any overwhelming odor. You just need to be careful to avoid getting it on your skin. Definitely recommend!

An effective product if used according to the directions. I use boiling water carefully, trying not to let the product splatter. When opening the bottle and measuring, please hold it away from your face, as the fumes from the granules and powder are very strong. Also, if used in a sink, be sure and rinse all surfaces thoroughly as this product will stain if left to dry, which is why I deducted one star. The product works well; just be careful when using it.

Used it on my shower drain which was draining very slowly. The results are almost instantaneous. I tried liquid plummer and Drano before but could not unclog the drain to my satisfaction. Thrift works almost instantaneous and is very effective. I am writing this review mainly to express how impressed I am with the product, worth every penny.
