zero support
This a nightmare of details with no tech support but Email and that is not working either. I go through Apple help, they know where Focusrite should be, ITS NOT. They have no contact info and send you through tons of questions then pretends you didn't put in your phone #. Total BS. After hours of trying to hook it up, giving up and returning it. Something lost in translation. Waste of time!
