How much elemental magnesium is delivered per serving?

Magnesium citrate vs. malate -- which is better? I've read citrate delivers more of the supplement to your system than malate -- is this true?

My research has concluded that the malate is the preferred form for optimal absorption (as well as the glycinate), and the least likely to cause loose stools, which is why I like this InnovixLabs formula. However, I used to be on 600 mg of mag citrate which did pretty well for me, too (no muscle cramping, but slightly more bowel problems).

Is innovix advanced manesium effective for treating restless leg syndrome?

Stopped my restless legs when nothing else does. 6 per day , 2 at a time with food.

I've read that mag-glycinate is the best absorbed, if so, why even add/use the malate form? is there an advantage?
