No issues with airport security if you have your paperwork
Very useful product and was effective for me. The only real negative I found was that perhaps the included thermometer could have been tethered in some way. I managed to leave mine in a fridge somewhere in Japan. Most importantly, I wanted to share my experience of taking this through airport security. In the UK (Manchester) the staff I dealt with hadn't seen one before, but were very efficient and after seeing my prescription and letter for travel, were happy to let me through. Leaving Japan, I was asked if I had a drink and when I said it was medicine and (a little unfortunately) opened the canister they very quickly allowed me on my way.I only needed to keep my medication at a reasonable room temperature and this product more than managed that, even with extended travel times. I'd have reported in more detail, had I not lost the thermometer!

it works!
Exactly as described, if you use this product as advised in the instructions it works perfectly but you must read the instructions. It’s a little overpriced what it is but nevertheless as a diabetic using fast acting incident this has been most useful in the recent heat wave.

Perfect
Been type one diabetic I’ve been using the cooler bag which is a good piece of kit i was looking for something a bit more robust and found this item on Amazon it keeps the insulin cooler than the other product it’s a good design lightweight and if you dropped it would not damage the pen inside so I think it’s good

DUPIXENT STORY - Beware!
I took Dupixent on holiday with me and this container caused nightmares at the airport.Despite Dupixent being one of the mentioned medicines in the listing, it has one huge flaw. The lid for dupixent flares out like a pyramid, to allow it to stand up and when I put it into the container, this flared lid gets stuck under the lip. pressing against the cold pack means you cant get it out!At security they needed to swab it and we couldnt remove it by hand. Luckily they had pliers on hand and I had to bend the lid off the cold pack to get the dupixent out. Only once the lid of the cold pack was off, would the flared lid of the dupixent have enough room to get out. Obviously I cannot carry pliers with me everywhere and thank goodness the airport had some or I wouldnt have been able to get through security. This took an hour to fix and almsot made me late for my flight. Now I have to remove the lid of the dupixent (which isnt ideal, as its a spring loaded syringe) for this to actually work and allow me to get it out easily.Poor design for this specific medication. Avoid if you use Dupixent.2 stars as it is well built, lots of features like the QR code, and comes well stocked. However it should NOT be recommending Dupixent as a compatible injection.
