7.5W 10W Qi Wireless Charger: PCBA & Coil Transmitter Module w/LED and Type C Port - DIY (Includes 6.6 Feet / 2 Meters 3.0 USB Type-C to USB-A Flat Black Cable)

Installed this in my 2021 Bronco. Easily passes through the plastic and charges the phone. I did have to order a couple as the coils arrived broken. Finally I said Ed it and just soldered the fittings myself and hot glue to hold it fixed in place. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The media could not be loaded.  The coil comes in a nice box and includes a long USB-A to USB-C cable. It works as expected.My biggest issue with this product is the ring of blue LEDs that come on while it’s charging. The lights are extremely bright and just a bit unnecessary.Charging speeds do seem a bit slow and using a different USB-C to USB-C cable with this coil didn’t seem to work. Placing large items like a phone charge no problem, however smaller items like wireless headphones can be tricky to properly position.

I have used this device both with and without a case and its worked great. I would throw it in my backpack and move use it nearly every day for a month, and it has shown to be really durable. WOW. Amazing. Everything from the functionality to the build quality is A1. For an exposed charger, its very well put together. The sodder, for example, is done really well.Great product, almost makes me want to get more phones so I can buy more of these chargers.

Product does *technically* provide electricity... with some big caveats.Firstly, if the coil is actually lined up with the coil inside the phone, it provides some pretty decent current; 700 mA or so; but only for about a second; then it turns off, waits a second, and turns back on. The end result is my phone is constantly buzzing with "power disconnected" "power connected" notifications, which is incredibly annoying.If you offset the coil from the coil inside the phone (by maybe 5 mm), it provides consistent power... at about 300 mA, which is so slow that my phone discharges while on top of it.The reason I suspect the product may be defective is that at no point do the blue LEDs flash when a device is connected; they only flash once when you plug it in for the first time.Additionally, the USB-C connector is very loose.. the cable will constantly fall out.I would not purchase this again.

3D printed a holder for this to go in my car and now I just drop it down in my printed holder the wireless charging begins

Looks like it's a quality unit so far so good. No means of attaching so make sure you have a plan

I purchased this product twice thinking the first one may have been defective. However, both only lasted me a few months before dying. I primarily used it to charge my phone at night.

I’m an electrician just getting into low voltage electronics. Ok product. The housing is scrap old products... I can’t disclose if you can’t figure it out. People are asking me to build them one already.
