Only reason this isn't a "5 Star" review is because the quantity inside the package is not very much. Just having dinner with my husband we had to downsize our regular portions of pasta to ensure we each got some. The texture and taste was great though.

It works as a pasta; but, the delivery was poor quality.
The boxes came broken open with some of the product spilled out in the bag. I would not order from this company again due to the poor shipping. The Linguini was fine as a food product.

I didn't feel comfortable eating
I actually haven't tried the pasta. When it was delivered 3 out of the 4 boxes were open inside the box it was delivered in. Needless to say, I didn't feel comfortable eating it

I served this with a little lemon juice and pecorino ...
I served this with a little lemon juice and pecorino on top and it was a hit. A little expensive but well worth it! Just remember to rinse the noodles after cooking and they won't be starchy.

Am I simply being seduced by the font on the box and reading about the delicious stuff inside the box? Perhaps! It is good. Very good, in fact. Worth the price? I really can't not absolutely, positively tell each of you that it is worth the price.
