Never installed one before and have no experience. It was very easy and works perfectly. Came with everything you need.

Exactly as described and delivered in great time.
I ordered this to replace a worn out unit in my air handler. It is exactly the correct piece but it turned out that I could not remove the old light without damaging the entire unit and thus this was not needed as I needed to replace the entire UV Unit. I thus returned it for a refund.I marked this down for two reasons:1. There are no instructions of any kind with the light. It is designed for a person already familiar with the complete unit (a commercial HVAC service provider wanted to charge $2k to replace the light).2. I have yet to receive a refund 4 weeks after sending it back so I am a little unsure about whether the seller is reliable (they did send it out very quickly, but they have received the unit and approved the return but have not refunded the money).If you know what you are doing and the old unit can be removed this will be fine.

It works and does what it should do as far as I know.
Light worked... What can I say. It took a person over 30 minutes to put in but some of that was do to no instructions of how to do it.

Works, sticky situation
This device Works as advertised. It change the quality of my air quickly. Unfortunately the device needs to be replaced every two years. the sticky surface that Attaches it to the interior of the furnace Took me three or four hours to scrape off. Then I had to re-tape it. Two years later I'll have to go through the same process.

Saved Money and helped me with my mildew odor
Buying this bulb as replacement for the Reme unit saved me almost $200. My handyman installed it for $20. It works great so far and I love this product as we have mildew issues in our crawlspace and the heating coolling unit is in the crawlspace. The mildew odor tends to updraft into the house. This unit combined with a crawlspace fan (http://www.amazon.com/Tjernlund-UnderAire-Crawl-Space-Ventilator/dp/B000N4WOWK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455575733&sr=8-1&keywords=crawl+space+fan) has greatly helped solve our mold mildew problems and the updraft issue.
