Can you take this with joy filled and go with the flo?

Oh yes! I do. All 3 together have been helpful. My cycles aren't as painful with GwtFlow. I missed a few days of Namastay In Bed and hooo boy I realized how effective it was. Melatonin by itself was up to 10mg at one point and didn't do this well. Joy Filled is great too. The Be Grounded covers in a pinch were Joy Filled is continuous use. I totally love this brand of products. I'm gonna get the sub and save on Namastay In Bed so we don't run out again. I have Joy Filled on their site as a sub and save as well as Amazon so my husband can use it.
