Are these really stainless? Some reviews claim they break difficult if stainless! Can someone try a magnet to see if it sticks?

Hi, magnet does not stick. However these are very sturdy and we have had no problems.

Is this easy to fix to a door?

Sure! It had two holes for the screws, you just need to make sure you use the right kind of fixing for the door, especially if it’s hollow. To bear the weight of coats, since it can take so many. But good quality countersunk wood screws should be fine.
