Excellent customer service. I'm liking it.
Fair price. Easy to install. Quality construction. I built my own 48v battery backup for house. This 240 v unit handles the house load reasonably well (with some exception. ) I conducted a full load test and learned that this unit trips offline when hot water kicks on. I left 2 refrigerators and freezer running. I don't know if the well pump came on during the test but the HVAC heater fan did work. The display is easy to read and bright. From the display I learned that when any 120v line exceeded 15 amps the unit would shut down. 5 stars just for customer service. I had questions about using 8-3 gauge wire instead of 8-4 gauge wire. Their customer service got back to me usually on the same day with detailed instructions. Should I decide to upgrade to larger inverter I will stay with this brand and seller. The fan noise was not an issue with me as the unit is outside the main living area. Now that I have backup I'm looking forward to next power outage.5/15/2025 - update. I've learned that this unit can handle the well pump if I zero out all other electrical demands. I can live without hot water and A/C, but I must have water available all the time. Thinking of upgrading the converter size.7/31/2025: unit died today. Not sure why. Forensic disassembly to be done this week. I am on a power management program with local power company. On hot days the cost of electricity can move from $.08 to $.56 per KW HOUR. To save money I've been using the battery system to run the house during peak cost hours. All total, I have about 50 hours of use from the inverter. Will update again when I have answers.

Works great
Been using this on my toyhauler for almost 8 months now and it has been flawless, runs one of my air conditioners with ease along with my residential fridge, steady voltage, clean sine wave. got this on sale for a great price. Will buy this brand again. There had been some issues in the past with this brand having hot/neutral reversed but this was wired correctly.

No support from seller or manufacturer
First of all I like this inverter. But I would not recommend anyone to buy it. The manufacturer don’t give a rats ass about you. As I said I like the product, but it turned off and would not come on again and I have tried everything to reach out to the manufacturer for two weeks. Finally got a reply by email and once they realize I had an issue they stopped responding. I even offered to buy whatever part the unit needed to be replaced I offered to buy the part and pay for the shipping and no reply not even cricket fart! Then I try sourcing the part from a third party and nothing turns out the supplier use special order so parts not available to third party not even the transistor for the control board that was blown. The inverter pass return date so Amazon customer service basically told me to f my self and she needed to end the call because I was becoming annoying, sigh! And to think I was talking to a supervisor SMH, or so she claimed. Anyway I can’t recommend it. I had bought the 4000w 48v one. I had only 600w connected. For two weeks so I hardly got any use out of it. So I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Great Reliable Inverter with one caveat
I ran my houseboat for around a decade with an earlier 12v version (looks identical though). Dead set reliable 24/7 365 for years and years. I gave it to another boater last year and it is running well for him now. When I upgraded to a 24v lithium system I found this new lithium friendly model and was overjoyed to get basically the same inverter that has been my mainstay for so long. After a couple months it is running flawlessly. The fans ARE a bit louder and more annoying than the 12v model I used to run, but I can always change those out if they really - OK they just popped on for about 10 seconds. I AM going to be replacing them they are just too jarring in my living space.Still, I love this inverter and I know this to be a super reliable brand. I will happily deal with any annoyance to get another decade out of an inverter. If you are mounting this outside of your living space it will serve you well. If, like me, you have to mount it inside it will be a bit annoying. WZRELB are you listening? Quiet the fans OK? Otherwise perfect inverter at a great price.

Great inverter
So far this inverter has treated me quite well. I've been using it probably two weeks now. It hasn't been pushed too hard but I've made some user errors and blown the fuses twice. Because of this is why I rate it 4 stars currently, the fuses are very inconvenient to replace(though I'm glad they're replaceable) there's 8 of them in the model and they're right under the power cables so you need a fuse puller or needle nose. Upon replacing these fuses I noticed a couple of the capacitors seem a bit loose also.Warning: Always un-hook your negative cables and then turn the inverter back on to drain the capacitors! Then continue disconnecting if you frequently switch batteries. Also be warned if you reverse the connection you WILL most likely blow the fuses not only that you're risk of shock is a bit high as well as possibly blowing a chunk of lead out of your battery posts(if your using a lead based battery)other than what I've mentioned it's been a pretty good inverter to me. I'm using it off grid with the hardwire connections. I hope it lasts and so far I don't see why it won't other than maybe the loose capacitors.
