O'NEILLMen's Basic Skins UPF 50+ Long Sleeve Rash Guard

I am 6' 180 lbs. Chest 41 3/4", Waist 37 1/2". These shirts are meant to be skin tight but the XL was just too tight. I exchanged for the 2XL and it was tight but not too tight. The shirt is comfortable. I am 64 and will use this for snorkeling in ocean waters above 80 deg. F.

I read a review for the women's version of this product and someone had mentioned a small difference between the women's and men's versions where the chest section for the men's is slightly larger. It led me to buy the men's version for myself which worked perfectly. I'd expect that the women's in the same size would've been too tight around the chest. This one was tight but comfortable and it protected my from the sun while snorkeling for hours.

It’s good rash guard, great quality as expected. I’m 6’5”, 230lbs, and the xxl was almost perfect. I have 17.5” neck, and it was uncomfortably tight on my neck. Had to return.

Rash guard works well and size chart seemed good for me. I am 5'10" and 145lbs, the size S fit me well.I used this to SCUBA dive in Florida Keys in July and worked well. It was an 87 degree day and when I got out of water after my two dives and was in the sun (I got the black rash guard), I did not get hot since it was wet and the water was evaporating. I was on the boat and it was moving so there is that.Seems like good material to keep you from getting scratched up if you accidentally bumped against the coral (I did not) but yet it was not too thick or anything like that, I felt I moved very easily.Not sure how easy you could put a wetsuit on over this (will find out some other time) but seems like it would easily slide on over this rash guard with no problem.The rash guard also looks good! (a bonus) All you could want in a rash guard.If you prefer a looser fitting rash guard, I would order a size up. Mine was not too tight but just right for my needs of tight enough to not get tangled or caught on my gear, but not cutting off any circulation, getting red marks ,or anything crazy like that. A good sort of stretchy type of material if that makes senseI would definitely buy this again!

Collar seam may rub neck raw; seam faces inward, should face outward.May need to wear garment inside out.Manufacturer should have neck seam on outside.

Bought this for a holiday in Hawaii. Used it almost everyday, it was comfortable and light to wear and protected me from the sun. I'd just wash it in the shower at night and by next morning it'll be dry. Material is strong, it helped prevent scratches from coral without any damage.I'm 171cm, 80kg, average body built. M fit well.
